If you engage your YouTube account in a sub4sub scenario, there is a high tendency that your YouTube subscriber count will keep going up and down and might significantly affect the general health of your YouTube account.
Being a content creator is something that is fun because you will have to gain audience that depend on you for some information or tutorial. You cannot be a content creator if you don't have something to offer to your subscribers. Using myself as a case study, when i started my YouTube channel, it was not easy because I had nothing much to offer to my subscribers. The confidence in content creation was not there initially however; it grew over time.
Initializing a YouTube channel is not always an easy task at the beginning because it involves lots of begging, requests, consistency and hard work. At some point, sub4sub will cross your mind which will not be good for your YouTube channel in the long run. For me, i tried using that service and i regretted it all.
Using sub4sub service is not always sustainable because even after subscribing to your channel, if you don’t have quality content, they will still unsubscribe from your channel and even if they don't unsubscribe, they will never engage with your content.
As a new content creator, accessing the YouTube advanced features should not be your priority. Your priority should be to create high quality contents, grow your YouTube subscribers and the YouTube advanced features will automatically unlock on its own however; if you want to unlock the YouTube advanced features before having channel history and much subscriber count, then this article is for you.
In YouTube, there are a two feature that must be enabled first before you finally enable the advanced feature. These 2 extra feature makes the total number of feature stages to be 3.
YouTube Features Levels
The YouTube features levels are;
1) Standard Features
This is the default YouTube feature that is give to anyone that create a YouTube channel. If after creating your YouTube channel and you dump the channel, your YouTube account will remain on this feature level. You can only grow past this level if your do some activities on the channel.
This level gives you limit to what you can do and upload on your YouTube channel. Aside creating your YouTube channel, there no much thing required of your to remain on this feature level. On this feature level, you will not be able to use thumbnail on your videos, you cannot go live and you cannot upload videos that are longer than 15 mins.

How To Enable YouTube Advanced Features Manually
If you manually want to enable your YouTube advanced features, then follow the steps below:
1) Verify your Google Account Login Status. To confirm, you can check the top-right corner of your browser to see if your Gmail profile picture is there. If yes, then it is confirmed that you are already logged in, you can proceed to step 2 else please login now.
2) Go to your account YouTube Studio. To do this, you will need to first access the YouTube on the Web and then switch to YouTube Studio.
3) Now click on Settings, then search for Channel and finally look for the Feature eligibility on your YouTube profile as seen in the screenshot below
4) Scroll down to the Advanced features that is below the standard features. From the Advanced features tab, click the verify button and start the verification process to enable the feature.
5) Once you are done with all the required verification, Click Save to complete the process. You should be able to access the advanced features after some time.
At this point, you are done enabling your YouTube account Advanced features. To confirm that your Advanced features is now enabled, you can try doing what you were not doing before on your account. Remember to give some time interval before starting this confirmation. This is to ensure that everything has been sorted by YouTube.
How to Grow Your YouTube Account Naturally
As a content creator, you have to know that your
subscribers depend on you for their entertainment and you need to feed them
always with what they always like to see in your videos. Engaging with your
subscribers will help you know the things or kind of videos they like to always
get from your videos. If it is convenient for you, try and be posting at least
once a day.
Below are the things you have to be doing to gain
subscribers naturally without much stress.
1) Remove yourself from the equation
Your focus for creating your channel and contents should
first be to entertain your subscribers, any other reason can be secondary.
Bearing that in mind, you need to research and know what your subscribers will
like you to post and not just what you want to post. Always put your
subscribers first before putting yourself. I know you want to make some profit
from the channel at the end but first you need to make your subscribers your
priority.
2) Choose a niche
The temptation of posting anything you see on your
channel will always be there but its best practice that you focus on a
particular niche and build fan base on that niche. Any subscriber that you gain
from posting in a particular niche, you will be rest assured that they are not
there by mistake, they are there because you post what they like to see and
watch.
3) Endeavour to always use call-to-action
Anytime you post a video, you need to be intentional and
sometimes tell your subscribers what you need them to do for you. Ask your
subscriber to tell you the next video they will like you to post. Engage with
your subscribers and make them eager to always come back to your channel for
more videos.
4) Always create high content videos
It's not just creating any video, there is need to always
create high quality videos and when you want to upload them, always upload them
as a high-quality resolution. Using myself as a case study, I always go for
videos that have high resolution on YouTube or any other video platform and if
i can do that, am sure that most people will also do same.
5) Collaborate with other content creators
As a growing content creator, you will surely need the
help of someone to rise to where you want to be. This gives rise to the need
for collaboration. You can meet other content creator that are in same niche
with you and offer collaboration with them. This will help your channel grow
faster than you can ever imagine.
6) Offer incentives on your channel
Always offer giveaways to your subscribers. Make them to
be eager to come back for more videos. With this, they will have more reason to
always come back to your channel for more videos.
7) Be patient with yourself
Now that you have everything in place, give yourself time
and be patient. You will be marveled at the growth on your channel. Give
yourself time, be patient with your gradual growth and believe in yourself.
