Being a content is something that is fun because you will have to gain audience that depend on you for some information or tutorial. You cannot b a content creator if you have have something to offer to your subscribers. Using myself as a case study, when started my channel, it was not easy because I had nothing much to offer to my subscribers. The confidence and content grew over time.
Initializing a YouTube channel is not always an easy task at the beginning because it involves lots of begging, requests, consistency and hard work. At some point, sub4sub cross your mind which will not be good for your channel in the long run. For me, i tried using that service and i regretted it all.
Sub4sub makes you subscribe to other channel and the subscribe to yours in return even if you don't like their content. This is not always sustainable because even after subscribing to your channel, if you don’t have quality content, they will still unsubscribe from your channel.
In essence, the subscribers you gain via social media or sub4sub might unsubscribe believing that you don't anything to offer them yet. In such a scenario, you subscriber count keeps going up and down and might not grow significantly. At this point, you might feel insecure and uncomfortable as your subscribers count continue to rise and fall. In this case, you might resort to hiding your subscribers count so that people will not monitor the gradual growth on your subscribers.
For me, I believe that anyone that hides their subscriber count have something to hide generally. 1. Confirm you are signed in to Google Account else please do.
2. Go to YouTube Studio after navigating to

4. You need to visualize the count checkbox here yourself and then uncheck the Display checkbox.
5. Click Save.
At this point, you are done hiding your YouTube subscribers count.
How to gain more subscribers naturally
As a content creator, you have to know that your subscribers depend on you for their entertainment and you need to feed them always with what they always like to see in your videos.
Below are the things you have to be do to gain subscribers naturally without much stress.
1) Remove yourself from the equation: Your focus for creating your channel should first be to entertain your subscribers. Bearing that in mind, you need to research and know what your subscribers will like you to post and not just what you want to post. Always put your subscribers first before putting yourself. I know you want to make some profit from the channel at the end but first you need to make your subscribers your priority.
2) Choose a niche: The temptation of posting anything you see on your channel will always be there but its best practice that you focus on a particular niche and build fan base on that niche. No need to jump from one post to a different one.
3) Always use call-to-action: Anytime you post a video, you need to be intentional and sometimes tell your subscribers what you need them to do for you. Ask your subscriber to tell you the next video they will like you to post. Engage your subscribers and make them eager to always come back to your channel for more videos.
4) Always create high content videos: Its not just creating any video, there is need to creating quality videos and when you want to upload them, always upload them as a high quality resolution. Using myself as a case study, I always go for videos that have high resolution and if can that, am sure that most people will also do same.
5) Collaborate with others: As a growing content creator, you will surely need the help of someone to rise to where you want to be. This gives rise to the need for collaboration. You can meet other content creator that are in same niche with you and offer collaboration with them. This will help your channel grow faster than you cam ever imagine.
6) Offer incentives: Always offer giveaways to your subscribers. Make them to be eager to come back for more videos. With this, they will have more reason to always come back to your channel for more videos.
7) Be patient: Now that you have everything in place, give yourself time and be patient. You will be marveled at the growth of your channel.
